　　太阳晒得少是近视的重要因素之一。澳洲国立大学的一项研究指出，缺乏阳光照射可能是导致近视的原因之一。多参加户外活动，可帮助降低患上近视的风险。

　　3、缓解抑郁症

　　抑郁症的发生可能与三种因素有关，包括生物因素、心理因素和社会因素，其中晒太阳不足属于重要的生物因素。专家认为阳光可促进大脑神经递质合成分泌，让人产生愉悦感。晒太阳对缓解抑郁症有一定的帮助。

　　晒太阳的注意事项

　　晒太阳有这么多好处，但又不可过度暴晒，一般而言，皮肤较为白皙的人每周晒3~4次10~20分钟的太阳，就能满足人体制造维他命D的需求了。如果为了人工合成维他命D，最好选择在上午10点到下午2点这段阳光充足的时间晒太阳。天气十分炎热时，每次晒5~10分钟即可。(友情提示：如果是在炎热的季节坐在阳光下晒太阳，一定要戴遮阳帽。)

　　需要提醒的是，晒太阳虽有益身心健康，但也不应选择日正当中连续三两个小时近乎全裸地曝晒。吸收少量阳光能"养形养神"，让人健康有活力，过多则耗精气神，还有患皮肤癌之虞。我们应随季节变化，根据自身经验来决定晒多久才能获得好的效果，而且要合成维他命D根本无需全裸地晒太阳，穿短袖衬衫和短裤即可。

　　

 

　　另外要特别注意的是，过多地接受曝晒很容易使人体的黑痣转为黑素瘤或皮肤癌，晒太阳时一定要穿戴防晒衣物将有痣的部位遮盖起来。

　　晒太阳时最好穿红色服装，因为红色服装的辐射长波能迅速"吃"掉杀伤力很强的短波紫外线，最好不要穿黑色服装。

　　晒太阳时要注意摘掉帽子和手套，尽量将皮肤暴露在外，让阳光与皮肤亲密接触。
