切山药后手痒该怎么处理

　　1、首先千万不能乱挠

　　刮完山药手痒，不管过敏轻重，都不要把沾满了胶质的双手在身体各处乱抓，否则，那个胶质沾到哪里的皮肤，哪里就会痕痒。因为过敏源扩散了，过敏症状也会扩大。如果其他地方痒，最好用抓痒器或是其他物品来挠。接着根据具体情况，采取下面的各种止痒妙招即可。

　　2、热水浸泡

　　碰到山药刮皮后发生手痒的情况后，可准备一盆热水，将手放入热水中浸泡数分钟，也可止痒。tips：热水温度以自己能承受的温度为宜，但最好不要温水，不然没什么效果。另外，建议用食用盐搓一搓再泡热水里效果会更佳，一定要泡不是洗，洗的没效果。

　　3、涂抹白酒

　　先用肥皂把过敏处洗干净，然后涂抹白酒在发痒的手部皮肤，待其自己挥发，挥发后再用肥皂洗干净即可止痒。

　　4、手放在大米里搓

　　手接触到山药手痒后，先用清水洗净手，然后将手放在大米里，反复搓过敏的地方，能缓解瘙痒感。

　　5、擦风油精

　　可先用清水冲洗，然后抹干水渍，搽上一点风油精并加以轻轻擦拭。

　　6、涂抹食醋

　　山药刮皮碰到手出现手痒的情况是因为山药削皮会有很多黏液，黏液含有大量的植物碱，粘在手上会刺激皮肤发痒。所以，利用酸碱中和的原理止痒无疑是有效的。可先用大量水清洗过敏的地方，然后将食醋涂抹在过敏的地方，包括指甲缝里，任何接触到山药粘液的地方都仔细涂抹，因为如有残留粘液也会导致皮肤过敏发痒。

　　避免手痒的办法：

　　1、在处理山药之前把手在稀释过的醋水中泡一会儿。

　　2、带上手套清洗山药。把山药外皮洗干净后，最好带个手套，或者在手上套个保鲜袋，然后再削皮。或者是用煮开的热水，把山药洗净后，直接放到水里烫煮一下。这样山药皮基本熟了，原有的过敏原被破坏，再接触就不会过敏了。
